OK, you can't like, go all getting antsy because I don't have the latest music yet. I don't live in Japan, you know! They should be here Wednesday (my time).

Did everybody have an awesome holiday season? I got an electronic tribble!

I've been meaning to put that up for months.

And surely you've seen this:

Good music Wednesday! Can't wait!
I'm not insanedrop trou!

Tezuka smiled at Oishi first. Or was it at a Kaido game? Hmmmm...

Fuji is way scarier than Rinoa (I was THIS CLOSE to type "Ryoma") when he puts his index finger in front of his lips. WAY scarier.

Rather than the first names, it's the surnames of those orphans what intrigues me, particularly those of unadopted children like Squall and Seifer. And Heartily? The father is Calway. What an excuse to make the main triangle all have a heart/soul in the name!

I loved the explanation on how to pronounce "Bebus". I did read it the Spanish way at first.

Fuji is in EVERY WAY scarier than Rinoa XD I just realized, too, that Tezuka was also in space, and then I inadvertently played back some of the space scenes with Tezuka/Fuji. Fuji going "Give me a biiiiig hug!" creeps me out ;)

We've been discussing the Heartily thing, and we decided she just uses that because she's mad at her dad. Initially we said she made it up but then later I looked it up and Julia's surname was Heartily. They probably mentioned that in the game in a flashback but I didn't notice.

I don't think they mention it in the game itself! That, or I have missed it. I think Julia had another surname, or else Laguna and the boys don't mention it. Perhaps it's different in the English version, that's another possibility... Hmmm...

Anyway, we could assume that the "Lionheart" is the surname Squall takes from his beloved ring/the beast in the ring, which ends up being like the giant marshmallow in Ghostbusters. But the Almasy... Hmmm... Well, Seifer sure has a romantic SOUL. :D

That's what the FF wiki says, that Julia's surname is Heartily. I wonder where they got that information? Is Squall's surname Lionheart in the Spanish version? It's Leonheart in the US version. The wikia page spells out Julia Heartilly in Japanese for her JP name so I guess maybe that's where they got it. I was surprised by some things on this page:
http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Julia_Heartilly

Lol, secrets revealed!

Thanks for the link! I wonder when they mention that of the car accident, because I don't remember having read that on the game itself. Hmmm... Next time I play, I'll talk more around Deling, just in case.
