OK, it's one we made out of stuff we found. To be more precise, stuff we found at the fabric shop for $0.20 a square. I will tell you that valamelmeo did most of it, but I helped! Honest! She likes to refer to it as "ghetto".
It's not done yet, because we are going to make a Rikkai uniform for him. We're hard core!!
We are preparing to make a Renji plushie. Here, we made a feis and some Rikkai stripes!
AIGH!! Nekkid headless empty ghetto plushie!!
Here it is, all put together like and stuffed. Actually we haven't attached his hair yet, hence the pins in his hed. I told him it was 'acupuncture'. I hope he's buyin it. What is the least amount of clothing you need in order to not feel naked? I'm goin with socks & shoes.
OK so I don't have the ability to make him a little Rikkai uniform in 5 minutes. I probably don't have the ability to make a Rikkai uniform at all. (Here's hopin Kym does.) But I *do* have the ability to cut up a random thing I found in my closet and make him a little dress! Altho he is smiling, he does not approve.
We made it from a chibi ep screencap and iron-on transfer paper. We're so ghetto, tho, that we didn't cut out the transfery bits, we just ironed the whole thing on, so his face is slightly shinier than the rest of him ;)
We got it at Office Depot. It's designed to make t-shirts, but it works on lots of other fabrics, too. It was in the special print section, like where they have transparencies and glossy photo stuff. The "light t-shirt" iron-on transfers do not transfer the white background color, but the dark ones do.
I would love to try it too, since I always wanted an plushie-Eiji-keychan (and Oishi or Fuji too), but it´s hopeless to get all the things I would need here, sadly. But your Renji turned out really great! Awwww, I´m jealous! ^____~
